A bus is only as reliable as the person operating it at 5am, and as the workshop that had it ready the night before. Those two things are what we actually sell.
Drivers
Qualified before a single passenger.
Every MJH driver completes a full qualification process before first duty — and keeps completing it. Uniformed, courteous, fluent in English and familiar with routes across all seven emirates.

80+ hours initial training
Technical driving, vehicle management, passenger care and student safety before first duty.

RTA certification
Mandatory training completed at RTA-approved centres, with licences current and verified.

Full vetting
Background checks, medical fitness testing, and drug and alcohol screening.

Daily inspections
Pre-trip and post-trip mechanical and safety checks logged on every vehicle.

Refresher programmes
Continuing development including emergency evacuation procedure drills.

Professional conduct
Uniformed, courteous, and familiar with the gate, the guard and the route.
Maintenance
Three workshops. No waiting for a garage.
Most operators send a broken bus to a third-party garage and tell you to wait. We maintain the entire fleet in-house across three emirates, which is why a replacement vehicle reaches your route the same day.

Before you commit
Run one route with us for a week. No charge.
Pick your most difficult route and we will run it at our cost. If the buses are late or the drivers are wrong, you have lost nothing.
